My favourite book is Chicken Soup for the Soul. Unfortunately in this day and age, we can easily get too busy to sit down and ready a good book. Chicken Soup for the Soul are hundreds of short stories that you can read and walk away feeling better about life every single time. 

 

To me, 'kindness above everything’ means that ‘kindness’ is the answer! It’s the answer to everything. If we treated them with kindness, would there be a war? If we showed them some kindness, would they learn to love themselves? Being kind not only has a direct effect on others, but it has a positive impact on yourself as well. Everybody can use a little bit of kindness in their life! 

 

I am a KAE ambassador because I truly believe in kindness. So much so that I believe it’s the answer to everything. Gandhi said: Be the change you want to see in the world. If I can get just one person, to believe in kindness the way I do, I’ve made a difference.
