RETURNS

We use USPS for all KAE shipping. All domestic orders are shipped out the day they are processed and will be delivered within the timeframe that you indicated at check out. If an order is on backorder, you will receive an email informing you of the estimated delivery date.

 

We include tracking/proof of date of shipment via once your order has shipped.

Please contact KAEcollection@gmail.com if you have any problems with your order. Returns must be made within 14 days, unworn, and in original packaging for full refund.

KAE Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

International customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. These rates are calculated by your country, and unfortunately we do not have control over the amount you will be charged. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery.
